The End of Winter Term And What Is Springing Up

The end of Winter Term is here, and with it comes a month-long hiatus with the Student Library Advisory Board. However, don’t worry, a lot is planned in the upcoming spring! Two big features planned for the library include an art exhibit and a suggestion box. If you have any art, you can ask to have it shown up at the front desk. At the same time, if any inspiration hits you involving the library, you can put a slip with your idea in the box and we’ll be sure to consider it at the next meeting. Thanks, and have a great Winter Break!

Review: The Art of Hearing Heartbeats

The Art of Hearing Heartbeats
The Art of Hearing Heartbeats by Jan-Philipp Sendker
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A lovely and evocative modern-day fairy tale about love and happiness and our perceptions of both. If you liked The Tiger’s Wife (Téa Obreht) this might be a good pick!
