Review: A God in Ruins

A God in Ruins
A God in Ruins by Kate Atkinson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

‘A man is a god in ruins. When men are innocent, life shall be longer, and shall pass into the immortal, as gently as we wake from dreams’ Ralph Waldo Emerson. No spoilers here, just another glorious and heartbreaking novel from Atkinson. It’s a companion piece to Life After Life and it made me go back and re-read that one too.
